Welcome to Pakistani American Society "PAS"

PAS represents the Pakistani American communities living in Philadelphia and its suburban counties; central and southern New Jersey and the State of Delaware.  It was founded in 1989 as a non-profit (tax-exempt) organization to conduct charitable, cultural and educational activities, among others.

Some of the main objectives of PAS are:

• To work for the common good and general well-being of all Pakistanis in this region;
• To Provide help, assistance and general guidance to the community members in order to improve their social and economic well-being;
• To promote and strengthen unity and cohesiveness among the Pakistanis in these communities
• To help promote better understanding between local communities and the Pakistani-American communities;
• To help promote better relations between United States and Pakistan, and to also help improve Pakistan's image abroad.
